3. Data collection on this website
Server log files
The provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technically error-free presentation and security).
Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact data you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) where requested.
We use Brevo to transmit and process the form data (see below). We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against abusive automated use (see section 5).
Enquiry by email
If you contact us by email, your enquiry including all resulting personal data will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your request. Legal bases: Art. 6 (1) (b), (f) or (a) GDPR as described for the contact form. We use Strato AG to provide the email mailboxes.
Brevo (contact management and delivery)
The provider is Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany (“Brevo”). We use Brevo to receive contact form enquiries, to get in touch with you and to manage contact data. The data you enter is transmitted to and stored by Brevo. Legal bases as described for the contact form. A data processing agreement is in place with Brevo. Processing takes place within the EU. Appointment booking via Cal.com
The provider is Cal.com, Inc., 2093 Philadelphia Pike #8172, Claymont, DE 19703, USA (“Cal.com”). When you book an appointment, you provide data such as your name, email address and preferred time; this is processed to prepare, carry out and follow up the appointment. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient appointment organisation). 4. Analytics and reach measurement
Plausible Analytics
The provider is Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia (“Plausible”). Plausible statistically evaluates visits, works without cookies and without storing personal data on your device. Aggregated, anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate origin at country level and device type is recorded; processing takes place exclusively on servers within the EU. 5. Protection against abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Cloudflare”). Turnstile protects our contact form against automated access and abuse (bots, spam) by checking whether an entry originates from a human using technical characteristics. Data such as your IP address, browser and device information and interaction data is transmitted to and evaluated by Cloudflare; according to the provider, Turnstile does not use cookies for advertising purposes.
