STABILITY · RESILIENCE · GROWTH
Three levers for strong operations.
Reliable foundations
So the business can focus on what matters.
- Clear responsibilities
- Reliable, integrated systems
- Smooth processes
- Performance and cost control
A strong foundation means your team delivers instead of managing. No daily firefighting, no constant escalations.
Identify risks and act
Supply chain risks are usually visible long in advance.
- Dependencies on single suppliers
- Liquidity shortfalls
- Regulatory requirements
- Geopolitical shifts
I help identify these risks early and act on them decisively.
Operations as a competitive advantage
Plan more precisely. Deliver faster. Seize the upside.
- Spot demand early, in upturn and downturn
- Stay able to deliver through peaks and launches
- Scalable structures that carry growth
- Teams that decide better with data and AI
This turns operations from a cost factor into an advantage, at best into a product of its own.

ABOUT
Profitable growth needs operations you can rely on. I create the transparency and the capabilities that carry it.
Operations has to work across functional boundaries, with sales, marketing and finance involved. I have held direct responsibility for finance and worked with large IT systems for years. That is why I see how an operational decision lands in the result, and what the systems and processes behind it have to deliver.
My work starts with understanding. I test assumptions and analyse the data, until there is a reliable picture of the situation. From there comes a roadmap that everyone responsible supports. Where that is left unresolved, margin disappears, or a launch runs dry.
Two worlds shape how I look at things. In corporates I learned how high-performing global operations work and how to move change through matrix organisations. From scale-ups I know the pace that comes with structures still being built, where every decision shows up in the result straight away. The last five years as VP Supply Chain & Operations and as COO, with direct ownership of COGS and OPEX.

AI ADOPTION
AI accelerates analysis, prototyping and execution.
My view
AI accelerates the solution.
Understanding the actual problem and defining the approach remains our task.
TOOLBOX
AI tools make it possible to test prototypes and services within days.
For this I use Claude, Cursor, Vercel and Notion, among others.
Projects
nextlake.eu. Idea, concept and delivery of a Europe-wide routing product in 7 days, based on 22,000+ official bathing sites across all 27 EU countries.
MY OFFER
Transparency first. Tailored from there.
Profit Scan
Many opinions, but no number that holds. The Profit Scan delivers the picture and shows the biggest levers.
Four dimensions where profit erodes: Revenue Quality, COGS, Operating Costs, Working Friction. From financial symptom to operational cause.
After two weeks you receive:
✓ Prioritised profit levers
✓ Valued in EUR
✓ Concrete roadmap
✓ Quick wins
Execution
You know what needs to change, but execution is stalled. I translate priorities into ownership and measurable results.
Interim / Fractional
The seat is empty, and the business will not wait. I take responsibility for a defined period. Until the processes are stable, the new capabilities are in place and a long-term solution is found.
